scalable minds builds image analysis tools and services for life scientists specialised in connectomics. We help neuroscientists automate their analysis with deep learning technology and collaborative software. We also developed WEBKNOSSOS, an online tool to visualise, share and annotate large image datasets. We are a team of exceptional software engineers and data scientists, all graduated from the renowned Hasso Plattner Institute. We have been working together for more than ten years now and have become a highly effective team. We all share a passion for artificial intelligence, brain research and solving technical challenges.
