OUR MISSION-Maximize Leather Production objectives and ensure that efficiency, productivity, cost, and quality standards are met-Manage all aspects of Leather Testing, ensuring appropriate testing methods-Work directly with the design team to source Leathers with the correct quality-Research market trends and collect new material-Coordinate Tannery on quality and lead time issues during production-Work directly with tanneries on knowledge of various tanning techniques, finishing techniques, leather selection-Work with tanneries, overseas, and locally to plan capacity, selection, cost, cutting yields-Support Leather Development communication between designers and tanneries-Assist the Design team in showing the preferred leather to use in their product prototype, focusing on the longevity of the product to better understand the type of leather from a technical viewpoint.
