At the production site in Belgium we have an in-house engineering department constantly working and designing on the next generation machinery and a reliable technical team assembling the packaging machinery. All machines are custom built to meet with individual needs and demands of each customer. Machines from Scaldopack are easy to use, attain fast production speeds, have high energy efficiency, reduce the ecological footprint and are ready for industry 4.0. At Scaldopack 2 kinds of packaging machinery for spouted pouches are being manufactured. One type of machinery, is the market for pouch filling and capping machinery through the spout, the other market contains the machinery for spout inserting to the pouch.
