We are pushers of information instead of receivers of information. We work to proactively advise and let your CPA continue to file your tax return and/or perform your audit/assurance work- Our clients have also grown tired of consultants who come in and bark out orders. We get our hands dirty, define or refine processes and then train your team. Your team becomes confident & empowered allowing you to further delegate and elevate- On the M&A side, we are not equipped to find you a buyer (unless you know who the likely buyer is), but you will find our approach refreshing. We do not think and act smarter than you are. We take the time to learn about your business, understand your goals and make the entire process about "You" and not "Us". We charge a fair fee vs. what we see in the marketplace today.
