JSC “SCANDYE” is a company founded by Scandinavian capital and engaged in the field of textile dyeing and finishing. It was established in 2003 in Telsiai, Lithuania. SCANDYE continues the traditions of one of the oldest Denmark’s textile companies Gabriel A/S, established in 1851, and Norwegian DEVOLD OF NORWAY AS, established in 1853. We know - how to dye wool! We are the experts of wool, polyester and their mixture’s dyeing and finishing in form of woven, knitted fabrics, garments and yarns, although our technical and technological capabilities allows us to provide a large variety of dyeing and finishing services for virtually every possible textile type. Our current production capacity is close to 2 million kilograms per year and we are constantly expanding. Our chemical laboratory is equipped with the most modern laboratory equipment supplied by Datacolor, SDL Atlas, Mathis and James H. Heal & Co. Ltd. The laboratory prepares recipes and tests products according to all standards and our customers’ requirements. We can develop recipes according to new requirements for colour or any other finishing in less than a week. Our company meets the highest standards for quality and environmental protection as most of our customers are Scandinavian companies which raise high demands for quality, environmental protection and social responsibility. Products leaving our factory are certified with: the European Eco Label, Nordic Eco Label, Oeko-tex and C2C (Cradle to Cradle). To obtain the certificates, our production has been audited and approved by Ecolabelling Denmark, Danish Technological Institute and MBDC (McDonough Braungart Design Chemistry, US). JSC “SCANDYE” has implemented ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and certificates. Furthermore, the business unit is certified to the working environmental standard OHSAS 18001. The company has recently introduced LEAN processes.
