My philosophy as an experienced manager in the event, travel and convention industries has always been: “It doesn’t matter if times are good or bad – don’t ignore your employees.” This philosophy affords me the opportunity to engage, motivate, develop and support not only my colleagues and employees, but also my customers, using measures large or small, at work or outside of work, staying within the parameters of time, markets and finances, with one goal at hand – recognizing and encouraging people where they work. Logistics and details are ingrained in my DNA, and I have an extensive network of people with whom I work to achieve everything from small, informal gatherings to pulling off spectacular international events.
