Our expert and well trained team will make the normal controlling and monitoring processes such as: • The preparation and submission / or reviewing and commenting of Master plan schedule of the project to the consultant for approval. • Resource planning for the project. • Preparation of Cash flow Charts, Monitoring Payments received against Costs. • Submitting Updated Schedule to the management / Consultant and bring Attention on occurred deviation which has impact on schedule & Highlighting any area / System requiring recovery plans. • Co-ordination of submittals & material supply with the schedule needs & priorities. • Identifying Priorities & responsibilities for sub contractors and having a Regular weekly basis review meeting & correspondence to ensure safe smooth progress on target time. • Controlling productivity of manpower & machinery performance. • Preparation of monthly Construction reports, S-Curve histograms for the construction activities & resources. • Monitoring daily Progress and implementing corrective actions & Resources feeding. • Co-ordination with Civil; MEP engineers and other utilities and Meeting with clients; Sub contractors to review project status and relative issues so as to ensure timely smooth progress of work. • Issuing letters to sub contractors & all Parties concerning the Programmer situations. • Monitoring drawings, site instructions & variations to ensure that all Financial entitlements are obtained. • Sharing the preparation of Method Statements to each activities/ site controlling procedures. • Preparation of a claim, by identifying delays and impediments and Bringing up reasons and responsibilities. • Analyzing and preparing contract documents and B.O.Q.'s for tendering. • Inspected sites during the substantial completion stage
