Family-owned and -operated since its founding in Baltimore in 1937, Schmitz Press is a printing company with a long tradition of excellence. Our founder, E. John Schmitz, began the business with a masterful knowledge of printing technology and a very simple sales strategy, “Treat the customer right.” The printing industry and its technology have undergone incredible changes since 1937 and so have we, but our founding strengths remain the same: a mastery of technology and a sincere desire to please each customer. We are a family business and it shows: strong, long-term relationships – with customers, suppliers, and employees – are central to our mission.
