Schneider Contracting Corporation

Schneider Contracting Corporation is a specialty concrete construction business, working with residential, commercial and government clients. We specialize in finishes utilizing concrete colors, textures, stamped patterns, custom stencil and joint/score designs, and exposed finishes (sands/aggregates) for driveways, patios, pool decks, building terraces and other exterior applications. We are members of the American Concrete Institute (national and local chapters), the American Society of Concrete Contractors and one of their Management Exchange (MIX) groups, the Decorative Concrete Council, and the American Subcontractor’s Association. We work within about a 45 minute radius of our shop in Alexandria, VA. Why Schneider? I’m Todd, the company owner/operator since 1993. I have more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Louisiana Tech. I grew up on a high production cotton farm in Louisiana. In the seven years prior to founding this company, I worked as a field engineer, superintendent and project manager in highway and bridge construction in the D.C. area. I am involved in a number of related professional organizations and am the current President of the National Capital Chapter of the American Concrete Institute. With my background, you can be confident that your project will be executed to the highest standards. We will not be on your job site practicing our craft, but executing the work as flawlessly as possible using our experience and good judgement.
