Schoeman Borman Incorporated
The firm was established by founding director Daniel Schoeman in 1997, initially starting off as a one-man firm. Since then, co-director Yolandie Borman joined the firm in 2005, rendering services ever since to clients through the two directors together with support staff. Daniel Schoeman is head of the Commercial/Company and Labour Divisions of the firm, while Yolandie is head of the Family/Child and co-head of the Labour Division of the firm. It is the policy of the directors to consider the best interests of clients in conjunction with each other, including the client. Our firm policy states that it is essential that a client understands and supports the actions recommended and taken by the directors on behalf of a client. We call this “client involvement”. The two directors of the firm have a combined experience of over 60 years in legal practice. Setting the industry standard, they have immense passion and satisfaction within the legal sciences that they practice, being well-equipped to assist clients effectively.
