We are a civil engineering and quantity surveying consultancy providing services in the following fields- contractual claims, adjudication and arbitrations. This has been our speciality for over 30 years- drawing take offs and bill preparation and provision of cost estimates- on site remeasument and cost control; maximising returns to our clients- preparation of bespoke standard conditions of contract- tender, contract, progress, as-built and entitlement project programming- structural engineering, design and surveying. A typical commission may include elements from all of the above. We often provide a complete service from targeting and tracking proposed contracts, through estimating and winning schemes, site remeasurement, planning and programming, progress monitoring and settlement of the final account.
