School For School Counselors

School counseling is changing. Are you? Smart with a little snark, School for School Counselors is challenging the status quo of conventional school counseling wisdom. We may not be called "guidance counselors" anymore, but many of us are being asked to work as though we are. And even worse- Much of the school counseling information out there is as outdated as that "Guidance" title. We're working to reveal and teach TRUE best practice, not just what Karen on the internet says. We're working to help school counselors get hired in one of the most competitive fields in education. We're working to build networks of true collaboration and empowerment. With fresh eyes, we're challenging the "common wisdom" of school counseling to reveal something greater for students and those who love serving them.
