School Owners Forum

SOF is an Educational Entrepreneurship Group created to present a rare repository of ideas that will push to realize Nigeria’s Human Capital Potential through Education by raising a new breed of school owners equipped to excel in their chosen endeavor. In just a very short period of its formation, SOF has become Nigeria’s Largest Gathering of School Owners meeting daily online for webinars, debates, brainstorming, networking and all round development. We hold a monthly outdoor session where minds already enriched through a very robust free online resource base meet physically to chart new courses for the Nigerian educational sector. SOF ACADEMY is an institution set up to equip school owners for transforming every aspect of their school business in areas such as population, income, administration, strategies and effective utilization of resources and available stakeholders. Our courses aim to fully implement the 4-legged school growth approach invented by the School Owners Forum (SOF). This approach stipulates that tangible school growth and the sustenance of this growth can only be realized when we achieve a complete change of mindset for school owners, teachers, parents and school support staff – the 4 major stakeholders in the running of the school. So, every SOF ACADEMY SCHOOL TRANSFORMATION COURSE, will teach subjects geared at making the school owner (or any participant) unlock the possibilities and opportunities hidden within each stakeholder as listed above, to ultimately force a transformation in the business fortunes of the school. Also, participating schools are given a fair amount of consultancy services as will be highlighted in the breakdown of fees on the next page. The resulting relationship between SOF and every participating school is such that will see to the successful implementation of all ideas taught.
