Our consultants' experience covers all key stages, with extensive experience leading across all stages of education. We offer hands on support and a range of online tools and training. Our solutions for schools are all focused on enabling current teams to perform at their peak. We offer bespoke support, that broadly falls into three categories- short / mid term project management to support and provide capacity into an existing team - school operational support, for example planning and designing curriculum models or timetables to remove these functions from existing teams, allowing them to focus on classroom practice - coaching and training, helping your new leaders develop fully to allow them to act at full capacity and ensure their teams also deliver.
