SCHSAsia is an impact-driven consultancy that specializes in projects, training, and consultancy focused on women empowerment. Its principal project the Women’s Advisory Council (WAC) is an engaged network of leaders and decision-makers committed to advancing gender equality in businesses in China. SCHSAsia facilitates opportunities for council members to share, learn, and participate; thereby, enabling a diversity of perspectives to inform decision-making with the aim to create long-lasting, systemic change within organizations and the wider community. In addition, our team implements innovative initiatives and sustainable projects proposed by the council including: Girls in STEMM, closing the gender gap in STEMM fields by engaging girls in STEMM subjects early on; the Women Empowerment Awards in China, recognizing trailblazing individuals and innovative companies promoting women in the workforce; and the Women's Economy Summit, raising awareness around the key role women play in global economic development. Finally, SCHSAsia works closely with individual clients to articulate and identify their DEI objectives and build successful, cost effective strategies empowering women to thrive in the workplace.
