Founded and championed by Etsko Schuitema, we work with organisations, teams and individuals to understand and act on how their intent or deeper motive, to give or serve produces success as leaders, peers and individuals together and for each other. Our approach is based on ground-breaking and extensive research conducted by Schuitema in the mines of South Africa and his subsequent work with many organisations in a multitude of sectors in South Africa and around the world. By using two foundational platforms for our work, the Care & Growth Model and the Intent Thematic, we excel at helping clients achieve excellence on four levels – organisational, leadership, team and personal. The Care & Growth model is specifically concerned with what giving means in hierarchical relationships and it helps leaders understand the necessity of nurturing and growing their people in order to succeed as a leader. The Intent Thematic, on the other hand, looks at the dynamic within teams and how the benevolent intent of each member creates the overall success of the group, and inspires the individuals to achieve personal excellence.
