In order to grow and serve more of its clients, Schuler Bauer became a Powered By ERA franchise in 2013. Following the transition, Schuler Bauer Real Estate ERA Powered purchased well-renowned Century 21 Joe Guy Hagan. The merger positioned the company to serve its clients in Southern Indiana, Louisville, Elizabethtown and Radcliff.
