Beginning with a vision of providing compassionate, high-quality home care, Ann Bensinger started what was then known as Schuylkill Nursing Association, Inc. out of her home in 1988. Since then, our company has experienced many exciting changes. Ann's daughter, Kathy Alven, got started with the company shortly after its inception, and has been the Owner and President since 1997. In 2010, our name changed from Schuylkill Nursing Association, Inc. to Schuylkill Home Care in order to reflect our commitment to providing quality and reliable home care to our clients. Kathy's daughter, Cait Alven, joined the team in 2013, making our family owned company now a third-generation, woman-owned business.
