WHAT I DO I help people develop and understand themselves and others more effectively. This allows you to understand everyone around you, improve your leadership skills, and prevent and manage the inevitable conflict life brings. WHO I WORK WITH I provide coaching and consulting for people and companies and typically work with: • Middle managers • Upper managers • Business owners • Anyone who has become entangled in conflict • Anyone who would like to understand themselves better • Anyone who would like to understand others better I prefer working with people who like to help others to become better, stronger, and more effective people. If you understand yourself and everyone around you, you will be better able to develop and work with teams who want to improve and encourage each other – to be a leader. WHY LET ME HELP There are many coaches though I doubt there are any with my background experience. In the past forty years I have worked in medicine, worked as a psychiatrist for 15 years, then used those skills to assist people experiencing psychological issues in business, and further developed mediation skills after a law degree. These skills have all been used to solve problems, many of them severe. My goals are now focused on preventing rather than treating serious problems. This is achieved by ensuring people use their own self-awareness to be conscious of strengths and weaknesses, the strengths and weaknesses of those around them, and to develop their own skills as a positive influence on those in their own sphere of influence. WHY I HAVE SO MANY SUCCESSES The core of my business philosophy is simple: 1. Knowledge is power 2. Understand how your life is affected by that knowledge 3.
