Science Pitchers

We envision a world where people speak from the heart, connect to one another with their brains and effortlessly share their ideas with their tongue. Science Pitchers is a communication training initiative that stems from the labs of the University of Turku in Finland. Founded by two aspiring dentists and science lovers — Tarek Omran and Khalil Shahramian started their training journey as international pitching competition winners and Ph.D. holders from the University of Turku. However, unlike other dentists, Tarek and Khalil were surprisingly interested in what comes out of people's mouths. They embarked on a journey to research the power of speech and influential communication used by organizations and individuals alike. Their diverse communication programs such as pitching and business storytelling are constantly developing, to help people adapt to our mask-covered, online driven, quarantined world. Currently, they conduct personalized training sessions that are designed to be interactive, inspirational, and "pedagogically effective” (if you haven’t noticed already— they are nerds ) to help people broaden their horizons and reach their entrepreneurial goals.
