ScientificResumes.com was created by scientists for scientists to help graduate students and postdocs transition out of academia and into industry careers. It is the result of a collaborative effort of PhD-level scientists, hiring managers, and scientific recruiters who transitioned out of academia themselves. As such, we know how to create a results-oriented, industry-friendly resume that will get a hiring manager's attention. CVs and general resume writing tips do not work for this special class of candidates who need to know how to convert research experience into results that matter to a hiring manager.
