SCInc. specializes in the professional development of IT and Customer Support. This includes training, development, coaching and consulting for front-line support through executive management. We provide outcomes-based certification (SPC) centered around human performance principles. We also provide Learning and Performance Consulting, Training and Professional Development to other business departments within organizations. Training includes Supervisory, Management and Leadership, Team-Building and Customer Service. We incorporate the Keirsey II Temperament Sorter in our training to fully develop teams and to prepare those in management roles to effectively lead others. For new software and systems we provide Technical Documentation and Training. Our Teaching Methods accommodate the adult learner, and we employ Adult Learning Theory in our curricula and classroom. Our goal is to build competencies and real-world skills to model exceptional customer service. We believe that learning should be engaging, relevant and fun!
