SciTrackS stands for Scientific Tracking Solutions - customized video tracking solutions for high performance measurements in research and industry. Our main products are the "Trackit" systems, integrated solutions that are customized for the specific measurement application at hand. The systems operate in real time, allowing the control of external hardware and/or software with short time delays. Small insects can be actively tracked with moving optics to provide detailed images of the animal, while tracking it over an extended area (e.g. to obtain precise heading direction). 3D tracking is accomplished using two cameras and precise and user-friendly calibration methods.Tracking in the dark is achieved using infra-red lighting and IR sensitive cameras. We continually develop our software and hardware to provide high performance, yet affordable tracking solutions.
