SCOOPS Premium Water Ice is a family owned and operated business in St. Louis, MO. The owners Charles & Iris Wilson are the first to bring water ice to the Metropolitan area. What is Water Ice? It is commonly referred to Italian Ice or sorbet but much smoother in texture. We created our own homemade recipes right here in St. Louis ensuring a high quality, consistent product every time! Our Water Ice is made with fresh fruit that is sourced locally along with natural extracts to enhance our flavors that makes our water ice the most delicious refreshing treat every! You can find our mobile business around town Scoopin’ at festivals like the St. Charles Riverfest, Cinco De Mayo, The St. Louis Arts Festival and the St. Louis Pride Festival to name a few. We have also have a booth inside of Soulard Farmers Market and the St. Louis Swap Meet.
