Scorpio Consulting enables all business owners, both technical and non-technical to understand what IT systems are in place and ensure they are fit for purpose. Acting as your trusted advisor we work to a standard process where we engage with you to learn about your business, your goals and your IT challenges. We audit the IT systems and provide a detailed configuration document of the current setup. Where we can make a significant difference to you we will agree a strategy and roadmap including a list of remedial actions. Scorpio will then manage and deliver the project using our network of partners or the customer’s incumbent supplier. If you would like ongoing direction and support following this initial engagement we would enter into an arrangement whereby we would become your Virtual CTO (Chief Technology Officer). This relationship works ideally for smaller organisations of less than 100 employees that can’t justify the cost of a full time resource but knows they need the support and direction it provides. Our extended offering includes negotiating with technology 3rd parties on your behalf to ensure you receive the best deals.
