TaxMate is a group of time served, hands on accountants, who have been in the business of helping businesses for a combined 50 years. Our roots go back to the CA practice, however we have spent significant amount of time in the industry, running physical businesses as finance managers / controllers / group accountants. Our team consists of both fully qualified ICAS/ACCA/MAAT and QBE accountants. Our firm holds full, required by Law AML license and is directly supervised by the HMRC - XRML TaxMate is a fully vetted, HMRC and Companies House authorised agent. We are an ICO license holders - ZA500927. TaxMate is fully insured against professional and public liability. We are certified Quickbooks and Xero advisors, as well as experts in Sage. Our fees are mostly fixed, down to earth and based on the business turnover. You will always know how much you pay in advance, hence no nasty surprises. Most of our new clients come directly from existing client referrals, we prefer to look after small businesses and are a genuine ‘one stop shop’ for all start ups.
