An attorney, lobbyist and negotiator -bringing experience from lobbying the state legislature, administrative agencies and the practice of law, Scott has been active lobbying in Colorado since 1987. He also brings experience as an association executive having created and managed both national and statewide associations. Scott has represented a diverse group of clients including: Colorado AFL-CIO, the Workers Compensation Education Association, the Denver Police Protective Association, the National Association of Bail Insurance Companies and Workplace Injury Litigation Group, Inc. among others. Scott has expertise in property and casualty insurance issues including rates and classifications, managed care systems and regulation. He has also been involved in numerous state and local candidate and issue campaigns.
