The founders of Scout & Maven started their careers with a Rolodex and a telephone building a reputation based on hard-work, honour, relationships and results. In a sea of “key board warriors” and homogenised recruiters driven by KPIs and metrics we aim to set ourselves apart by embodying the values and ethics which were instilled in us over the past 15 years, values we believe are sorely missing from today’s industry.
