Prior to the company was owned by founder Teresa Recar. So our firm has over 25 years of success, under the leadership of current President / CEO Greg A. Fedro (who joined the company in 1994). We provide logical, proactive, and solutions-based Property Management Services to maximize Landlord profits, and to maintain the value of their property assets.
