Scribendi Magazine

Scribendi is a literary arts journal produced by a staff compiled of honors students, a faculty advisor, and a student staff member. Scribendi is based in the University of New Mexico's Honors College and takes submissions from over 900 schools nation wide to produce a yearly edition of our literary arts journal. Scribendi solicits work in the categories of poetry, creative nonfiction, short fiction, foreign language, visual art, photography, and open media. Each year a new student staff team is chosen to produce Scribendi as a year long course study where they learn management, printing, and copyediting skills. Our goal is to live up to the Scribendi name which roughly translates to "Those which must be written".
