Scrub Sisters is a dedicated group of female (and female-identifying) physicians and physicians-in-training on a mission to create a nurturing and empowering community within the medical profession. Our vision is to foster a space where women physicians come together to share experiences, provide mentorship, and discuss the realities of life and the practice of medicine. We are a 501c3 non profit organization and have established a scholarship program to support our Scrub Sisters in training.
