Even though ScrummIT is new to Nairobi, we are not new to the world. We are the latest addition in a network of cooperating IT organisations. We closely work together with rb2 in The Netherlands as principal office. Within ScrummIT we aim to create fully operational distributed development teams, that service the clients in our network. We have over a decade of experience to rely on when it comes to building distributed development teams. Our goal is creating an environment in which developers flourish. We are true believers of self-organising and responsible teams. In other words: We believe in the Scrum methodology. That means that everything we do is aimed to enable developers to deliver the best software possible, in an incremental delivery process.
