We are specializing in seizing the employee before a potential sick note is realized. SD Management is dealing with the problems of stress and job dissatisfaction in an untraditional way. That’s why personal coaching and frequent conversations with psychologists are deemphasized. Instead, we believe in the use of real data which establishes optimal conditions for tracking stress signals. Our analytics give valuable insight on the workplaces' level of well-being and the actual impact of stress. This enables us to address problems earlier in the process, and consequently preventing stress occasions in the workplace.
