Sdot Israel' is a training center for the development of leadership and teamwork. The center provides a different kind of learning experience in an amazing, pastoral, pampering environment of nature. Innovative tools for courses, workshops, conferences, and events are combined at the center for companies and organizations. The array of activities includes workshops and courses in a wide range of behavioral fields: team development, leadership development, team consolidation days, communication, trust- building, creativity development, the improvement of problem-solving abilities, breaking down boundaries to form collaborations, motivation development, and instilling managers with leadership skills. Sdot Israel's story is a story interwoven with Zionist values, inventiveness, creativity, and a belief that anything is possible. The company that is celebrating over twenty-five years of activity was envisioned and established by the CEO, Zvi Livne.
