We focus on psychological skills training as it applies to helping others, as well as to personal and managerial development. SDS Ltd offers a wide range of training topics on CBT, motivation, anger management, brief solution focused therapy, self esteem, personal assertiveness, effective group work, working with personality disorders and difficult people along with many other subjects relevant to everyday practice. We have provided training throughout the UK to over a delegates since we started. Our courses are available as open courses and as in-house training.
