Sea Change Mentoring

The active ingredient in effective Social Emotional Learning implementation is healthy relationships. Deep learning requires young people to feel safe and seen in their relationships with their teachers. It is through relationships that we learn about ourselves and others, how to communicate, deal with conflict, take perspective and care for others. At Sea Change, we help schools ensure that both students and staff have the skills to build these relationships and provide safe, inclusive, and equitable learning environments for these relationships to thrive.
