Seabank Capital is a fee based investment manager who specializes in providing cross-border investment management services to Canadians and Americans. Our focus is servicing Canadians resident in the USA as well as Americans resident in Canada. We can accomodate all types of accounts both in Canada and the USA including retirement programs. Cross-border clients find our services particularly benficial where we can manage investments to suite individual circumtances for income, currency allocation, tax profile management and more. As a fee based investment manager our fee is 1.5% of value of the portfolio per year charged quarterly in arrears to 2 million dollars and then 1% thereafter. There is no setup or termination fee and we do not charge a financial planning fee. Our fee may be a tax deductible expense. Our only business is investment management however we do collaborate, work and refer tax, immigration, health care coverage matters to our network of specialists in each of those areas. We offer an array of hard to find services such as Canadian dollar investment accounts for American residents, IRA investment management serives to residents of Canada to name of few.
