Since 1980, our company, Seachios® Marine Services, has provided technical maritime services from our base in the Port of Santos, Brazil. We operate in Brazilian ports, including Santos, Paranaguá, Itaqui, and Rio, and select Latin American ports. Our operations meet international maritime regulations, covering safety, environmental, and data protection standards, as outlined in our Code of Ethics and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Declaration. Our organization delivers services such as cargo hold cleaning, tank cleaning, ship repairs, anchor and chain maintenance, hull cleaning, and protective ship agency. All processes align with global maritime standards. Our technical services include- Cargo Hold Cleaning: We use water-based, biodegradable agents to clean bulk carrier holds, complying with IMO MARPOL Annex V. Ultrasonic thickness measurements and technical reports ensure regulatory compliance- Tank Cleaning: Automated high-pressure systems remove residues from fuel and cargo tanks, yielding up to 5% fuel efficiency improvements and 15% lower maintenance costs, based on performance data. Cleaning agents adhere to IMO environmental standards- Ship Repairs: We perform underwater welding, rudder alignment, and motor overhauls, following ABS and DNV guidelines. Repairs use precision tools for both surface and underwater components- Anchor and Chain Services: Non-destructive testing, including magnetic particle methods, assesses anchor and chain integrity. Repairs conform to SOLAS and classification society requirements- Hull Cleaning: Diver-assisted and ROV-based methods remove biofouling, adhering to IMO guidelines. Approved coatings minimize ecological impact and reduce hydrodynamic drag- Protective Ship Agency: We manage port logistics, customs documentation, and ISPS Code compliance across Brazilian ports. All services are executed by certified personnel with documented processes, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
