We are a Construction Company who specialise in undertaking challenging and usually complex refurbishment projects within the residential sector for owner/occupier Clients. These projects will often be a ‘hybrid’ combination of new build structures, such as subterranean extensions, with the extensive alteration and refurbishment of the existing building, all completed to an exacting level of high quality finish as required by our Clients and their design teams. The ethos of the business has been clear and simple from the company’s formation in 2007; to execute and deliver projects to a consistently high standard, that matches, or surpasses, our Clients’ and their design teams’ expectations, and to work collaboratively throughout the process in order to address the frequent challenges and issues that projects of this particular nature demand. Our workload is now made up entirely from either repeat business with Clients and design teams or through word of mouth recommendations which we hope confirms that the ethos of the business has remained constant and true throughout the period since our formation in 2007.
