Idea behind SeaJobOffers is simple: Standardization. We want to deliver job offers in consistent form with information that are crucial for applicant to determine either they fit or not. Our mission is to reduce time and effort for both recruiters and seafarers when looking for employee and employment. With well standardized maritime training and skills requirements for holding each position on vessel we fell obligated to put it all in one place and make it easy to use. Our portal offers inteligent forms for posting job offers and intuitive fast working filters for seafarers to find job offers they are interested in.
