Company President, Frank Vasquez has been in the business for 40 years, getting his start working for his father from the age of 16. “When I first started SealRight Paving we made our living in the Sealcoating business. Then one day a customer needed a small patch job done and instead of subbing that out, I went ahead and did it myself. Sometime later, a client decided against slurry seal in favor of a full overlay. I rented a roller and one thing led to another and it didn’t take me long to see that there were better margins in the actual paving end of the business”. The asphalt business has changed a lot since him & his wife, Monique Vasquez, both ventured into this journey together…and things are sure to change for their son Nathan Vasquez in the next 30 or so years. One thing that will not change, if Frank & Monique have anything to say about, is their commitment to integrity and quality towards each individual customer. Every job comes with a different challenge, but we thrive on each and every experience.
