Seamex, a Unit of Birla Management Centre Services Limited (BMCSL), is the in-house HR Shared Services Centre (HRSSC) for Aditya Birla Group companies and its affiliates. Seamex provides technology enabled HR Services from “hire to retire” to all employees of Aditya Birla Group’s businesses, in all the countries the Group operates in. The centre leverages all the existing investments made in HR technology at the Group, i.e. the Poornata application ecosystem and the HR Portal. Seamex was created to align with the erstwhile HR Strategy 2020 and the One HR transformation journey of the Group. The purpose of the centre is to be the trusted partner in bringing a joyful experience to Employees and HR through smart technology solutions and simplified processes. Seamex is designed to be the single point of contact to provide easy resolution to everyday queries of the HR Team and ABG employees for employee lifecycle processes. This is achieved through a helpdesk and HR Portal services for 15 identified HR processes.
