I am Tolya Fedchenko, and I firmly believe that a quality education is founded upon the following core values- Respectful and caring treatment of students - Providing a secure environment, both physically and emotionally - Creating a violence-free and manipulative-free space for growth - Emphasizing sports and active games - Encouraging creativity and granting freedom - Promoting cooperation and responsibility This conviction stems from my extensive professional experience within renowned educational institutions worldwide, such as Letovo School and High Tech Academy, where I have had the privilege to work. Additionally, I have consistently pursued ongoing training and development in the most effective methodologies, drawing inspiration from esteemed institutions like Cambridge University, SISU Schools from Finland, and the teachings of Dima Zitzer. My son, Lev, is a vibrant 5-year-old. When we relocated to Montenegro, my priority was to find a school where he would thrive and enjoy learning. I envisioned a place filled with creativity and sports, where he could freely explore, make mistakes, and grow. It was crucial for me that Lev's education would be conducted in English, utilizing the most effective global educational approaches. After careful consideration of available options, I arrived at an exciting decision — to establish Seaside Academy — a school that embodies these ideals and fulfills my vision for our students educational journey.
