Hi, we’re Jo and Laura - the creators of Seasons Change Workshops. We designed SCW out of a desire to bring together our love of creativity with our coaching experience and skills. We believe prioritising health and wellbeing in the workplace is vital for improving staff experience, motivation and retention. Creativity is a powerful tool for achieving this. Our creative coaching workshops offer participants a safe space to connect to their strengths, skills and values and explore limiting beliefs, so they can move forward. The creative process brings clarity and insight to both short and long-term aspirations as well as supporting positive wellbeing.
