Seattle Caviar Company carries a full assortment of the best caviar the world has to offer. We supply the finest restaurants, catering companies and retailers as well as our loyal walk-in and online customers. Our first wholesale clients were the Four Seasons Hotel, Chef Kerry Sear, Rover’s Restaurant and Chef Thierry Rautureau.
