I've completed several implementations, demoed Nimble to over 100+ organizations, built Nimble AMS solutions now in the product, and written product documentation. I tap into that experience to advise you on best practices and help your organization avoid pitfalls. It's extremely important to me that you know what you're getting before I build anything. So, as a baseline and only after you approve, I will always author a highly specific "user story" that lists exactly what I am building and how much it will cost. Additionally, depending on the complexity of the requirements, I may also author an interactive, high-fidelity mockup or a rapid prototype in one of your development orgs. I work with a very limited number of clients at a time, to ensure I am giving each one the attention and care a Nimble AMS project demands.
