SeaWays is a customer focused, flexible training delivery company that offers blended solutions, tailored to the client’s needs. SeaWays is the only Tugmaster training programme that is Class accredited to IMO standards. SeaWays delivers a number of modules with regard to its Tugmaster & Pilot training programmes:(Comprehensive, pragmatic and well illustrated training manuals are supplied for all Modules). SeaWays has trained over Tugmasters to date, live onboard and at Global Training Centres situated for customers throughout the world. We have also delivered the ‘Effective Use of Tugs’ course to over 470 Pilots as a Powerpoint presentation and have now delivered the same course in simulator centres Globally. SeaWays will also develop courses and exercises specific to customer needs allowing each client to get the most value for their time and investment. A detailed description of requirements will be taken before any training is arranged and a full report sent to the client before arriving for their training SeaWays has been involved in many Port Feasibility Studies, that have delivered significant savings to our clients through many variable aspects. These include: • Modelling of ports to customer specification and upmost realism for training • Testing and assessment of manoeuvrability of wide range of vessels (see picture above) • Validation of towage requirements & advice on acquisition options • Risk assessments and ongoing reporting on data gathered during live moves, rope inspections, maintenance procedures and audits • Recent studies included a range of international LNG operators and pilots and underpinned the viability of a specific port and towage suite combination, with considerable savings realised as a result Visit us at
