What has been inspiring in starting my own business, to continue challenging myself and possibly others in talent acquisition, are the ones who promote innovation. That is the place where I believe value is created. I believe in experimenting and trying all things new, or why not just a little different? What you will be doing wrong, in the end, is doing what everyone else already is. It is all about having the courage to be bold. To be your own personal self. To inspire others and to make them experience the best version of you. Working mostly in tech, I help out companies with their talent acquisition, recruitment marketing and everything in between. My sources of inspiration would be skiing, culinary experiences (whether it's cooking or eating), riding motorcycles and getting to know new people.
