We come up with great ideas and partnerships to respond to pressing industry challenges and create programmes to develop understanding and inspire new process, products and services. The team engage with a wide spectrum of stakeholders including- Individual companies - Frameworks/ supply chains - Construction clients - Government/ local authorities Major programmes: CoTrain, our Shared Apprenticeship Service recruits, employs and supports over 50 apprentices. The Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards inspire hundreds of people to demonstrate the talent and collaborative culture that creates great companies and projects. Construction Logistics and Community Safety (CLOCS) is championing the safest construction journeys across the UK. Innovative Future Leaders Programme (IFLP) is driving innovation in businesses across the sector. SECBE delivers on its core values by bringing parties together to achieve a much greater impact than independent action can sustain. We have a wide sphere of influence in both the public and private sectors and with professional and industry bodies. A strategic non-executive board and our 'not-for-profit' status enables us to reinvest for the great good of the industry.
