We Produce for Fine Local Restaurants, Neighborhood Grocers and Food Co-Operatives. Filling in the Gaps of a Food Desert. Our Goal is to Add Jobs; Jobs That Pay Well and Lead to Personal Growth and Enrichment. Employees to Make a Living Wage, Have Benefits With No One Paid Less Than One Fifth Than Another. We Are Working to Up-Convert a Space in to a LEED Certified and Efficient if not Self-Sufficiently Powered Building Including if Possible Bio-Mass Heat Re-Circulation and Retention. We Would Like to Offer Classroom and Community Rooms and Display Space to Educate and Give Back to the Community. Our Goal is to Use the Most Energy Effcient Vehicles Available for our Sales/Education and Delivery Fleet.
